Terms of Service
When we say "the Company" in this agreement, we mean Wild Market and any of its affiliates. "The Game" is our roguelike product, and it comes in two parts that work together: (a) the game server, or "Server," which the Company or one of our partners hosts and runs; (b) the game client, or "Client," that you install and run on your computer.
1. Grant of a Limited License
By agreeing to follow these Terms of Service, you get a license to play the Game. That said, you can't: (a) play it for money or anything other than your own fun; (b) use cheats, hacks, exploits, unauthorized mods, or third-party software that changes how the Game works; (c) create or offer any unauthorized way to play, like private servers or unofficial matchmaking; (d) mess with the Game in any way that affects the Servers, the Clients, or how other players experience it; (e) break any laws or regulations while using the Game.
2. Eligibility
You're confirming that you have the legal right to agree to this in your country, or if you're a parent or guardian, you can agree on behalf of a minor in your care.
3. Ownership
Everything about the Game belongs to the Company or its partners. That includes your accounts, the code, the compiled software, all the text, images, 3D models, artwork, data, sounds, and music.
4. User Accounts
We can suspend, delete, or change any user account whenever we want, for whatever reason, and we don't have to tell you first.
5. Indemnity
We're not responsible for anything that goes wrong because of the Game or how you use it. That covers lost characters, virtual items, accounts, your ranking, data loss, or your computer breaking down. We're also not liable if the Game stops working. Maybe the Server goes down, you can't connect, there's a bug that locks you out, or the game just runs poorly and feels laggy. You agree to cover any losses, claims, liability, damages, or costs we face because of how you play or use the Game.
6. Termination
We can end this agreement whenever we decide, for any reason, without warning.
7. Changes to this Agreement or the Game
We're free to change what's in this agreement or what's in the Game itself anytime we feel like it.
