Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 19, 2026 This Privacy Policy explains how Wild Market collects and uses your information if you use our Services or interact with us. "Services" means our websites at wildmarket.com (the "Sites") and the Wild Market mobile app (the "App"). We're also called the "Company," and we refer to ourselves as "we," "us," and "our" throughout this policy. This covers how we handle your information: On our Services. Through email, text, and other messages between you and us. READ THIS CAREFULLY. If you don't agree with what's here, don't use the Sites.

CHILDREN

Some of our Services work for kids under 13, while others are for people 13 and up. When we collect info on child-directed sections, we follow the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We generally don't ask anyone under 13 for personally identifying information like their name, email, phone number, birthdate, or address. For people 13 and older, we might ask for that kind of info if they want to sign up for our newsletter, use our contact form, buy something from our shop, or subscribe to the app. Those sections have age gates to keep younger kids out. We take kids' privacy seriously. We don't knowingly collect personally identifying information from users under 13 unless COPPA allows it. If we find out we've collected that kind of info from someone under 13 without knowing it, we'll notify their parent if we can and delete everything about that child. We'll also stop collecting any more personal information from them.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Information collected automatically. When you use our Services, we might collect some information on our own. This helps us understand how things are working and make improvements. We don't use this to identify you personally. We collect things like your device type, IP address, MAC address, device identifiers, software platform, firmware, mobile carrier, internet service provider, search terms you use, pages you visit, how long you spend on the site, location data, and other non-personal stats that help us run things better. This applies to everyone using our Services, including kids under 13. Information we ask for. To use certain parts of our Services, we need you to give us some details. When you contact support, we ask for your name and email. Signing up for the newsletter means sharing your name, email, birthdate, and country. Entering a contest might require your name, email, and birthdate. Creating an account needs your name, address, email, password, and billing address. Buying from the shop gives us your name and billing address. We don't handle payment info like credit cards ourselves. Shopify and Cleeng process all orders and subscriptions, and they have their own privacy policies. We recommend checking theirs before you buy anything.

HOW WE USE USERS' INFORMATION

We use your information for these reasons: Answering support questions. Sending newsletters. Contacting contest winners. Running the Services internally (troubleshooting, analyzing data, testing) to make sure everything works. Looking at how people use the Services to improve things and show content the best way for your device. Keeping the Services safe and secure. Telling you about changes. Redirecting based on location. Managing app subscriptions. Processing orders. Checking age eligibility.

COOKIES

The App doesn't use cookies. This section is about the Sites only. Cookies are small text files your browser stores when you visit websites. They help sites work better and give owners info about how people use them. Our Sites use third-party cookies to tell you apart from other users, use resources efficiently, handle traffic, block bad traffic, and let you buy from our shop. This gives you a better experience and helps us improve. You can turn off some or all cookies in your browser settings (check your browser's help section). Turning everything off might break some features on the Sites. For more about how your data gets tracked and how to opt out, visit the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada Opt-Out Tool.

LOG FILES

Like most internet services, we save information in log files when you visit our Sites. This includes things like IP addresses, system info, referring page URLs, and language preferences. We use this to keep the Sites running smoothly, not to identify or profile you.

SECURITY

We use appropriate technical and organizational steps to protect your information and regularly check our security for new ways to keep data safe. That said, nothing over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee the safety of personal information you send us.

WHERE WE STORE USER INFORMATION

We have users everywhere. Your information might be stored and processed in Canada, the United States, or anywhere else we or our partners have offices. It could be transferred across borders to countries with different data protection laws, some stronger than others. When that happens, we protect it according to this policy and applicable privacy laws. We've put measures in place so our partners follow legal frameworks for transferring information, including European Commission adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, the UK Extension, and the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework.

DATA RETENTION

Unless the law requires it, we keep personal information only as long as we need it for what we collected it for, including legal or reporting requirements. Sometimes we anonymize information so it can't be linked to you anymore. We can use that anonymous data for any legitimate business purpose without telling you.

USER RIGHTS

You have these rights about your information: Access. You can ask to see what we have about you. Correction. You can ask us to fix anything that's wrong. Erasure. You can ask us to delete your information. Object or restrict. You can ask us not to collect your info or to limit how we use it. Data portability. You can get your information from us in a format that's structured, commonly used, and machine-readable. Complain to a supervisory authority. If you think we've violated your privacy, you can file a complaint with the appropriate authority. Withdraw consent. If you gave us permission to use your info, you can take it back anytime. We'll handle these requests according to the law and any legal exceptions. To ask for any of these, contact us using the details below.
